About Me

- I grew up in Mount Vernon, and have been a Bellingham resident since 2002. I love kids, as I'm sure you may have guessed, and I have been working in the schools in one capacity or another for more than ten years. My major is in Psychology, with an endorsement in Elementary Education. When I have the time and the money, I very much enjoy traveling. Most exciting trips: I spent a summer in Costa Rica, working at the Serafin Nature Reserve and I also had a chance to perform (theatre) at the International FRINGE festival in Scotland. I am married to the love of my life and we have a beautiful two year old daughter, Savanna. She keeps us busy, but she is an absolute treasure and we can't imagine our lives without her! I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, gardening, going for walks around Fairhaven and to the park, and I love snuggling up with a good book and a cup of cocoa!
